Teen Ministry - Ally Application

Victory's Teen Ally program connects teens with a trusted, screened adult who provides encouragement, prayer, and spiritual support. An Ally isn’t a counselor, parent replacement, or formal mentor—they’re a caring adult who cheers your teen on, encourages their walk with Jesus, and partners with you as a parent.

Some things an Ally does:
  • Connects with your teen 1-2 times a month with a prayer, encouragement, or celebration in a shared text, or phone call.
  • Looks for your teen at church just to say "Hi" and to help them know that they're seen.
  • May attend a sporting event, band concert, or even a graduation that your teen is involved in if available to do so.
  • Prays for your teen and your family on a weekly basis.
  • Connects with you once a quarter, simply to check in.

Allys serve in their ministry role for one full year ranging from October 2026 - September 2027.

Complete the form below to have your teen considered for an Ally. We’ll use your responses to help make a thoughtful connection.
